《药物毒理学》、《人类疾病动物模型的复制》

研究领域

近年主要从事心血管与肿瘤药理学研究,已建立乳腺增生、乳腺癌(乳腺癌及化疗药物吡柔比星所致心肌损伤复合模型)、结扎冠状动脉致心肌梗死、动脉粥样硬化、心肌纤维化、脑出血及脑缺血等动物模型研究的实验方法及实验技能,能较系统地进行本研究方向的药物筛选及研究。并且熟练掌握包括细胞分离、纯化、扩增培养、鉴定及诱导分化等各项技术。
