In order to thoroughly implement and deliver the fundamental task of cultivating virtues and fostering talents and further improve the education and teaching level of teachers in the School, thus enhancing the teaching quality of undergraduate class, on September 7, 2021, trial lectures for teachers teaching new courses in the 2021 fall semester are organized in the School of Pharmaceutical Sciences.

The expert evaluation committee consists of Researcher Wu Yuntao, supervisor of the university, Professor Sui Dayun, and Wang Yi, deputy dean of the School. The event was presided over by Guan Qingxiang, deputy dean in charge of teaching affairs. Although only three teachers participated in the trial lecture, the whole activity lasted nearly four hours from 14:00 till 17:40. The judges listened attentively to the lecture and highly recognized the elaborate preparation and effect achieved by the teachers; The committee also left brilliant comments on the body language, teaching pace, teaching content, methodologies, methods, and teaching plan designs, along with valuable opinions and pertinent suggestions. Researcher Wu Yuntao emphasized that teaching shall always be student-specific; To meet certain requirements, teaching plans shall be well-designed, well-structured, and well-formulated with focus on instructions as well as ideological and political education.

Dean Ma Jie and Party Secretary Qu Yuanli also personally attended the event and extended gratitude to researcher Wu Yuntao for his constant care, help and love for the School of Pharmaceutical Sciences, and emphasized the importance of teaching. They asked all to pay attention to teaching, encouraged everyone to invest more time and energy in teaching to do a good job, and said that the School will render more support for the teaching work. Finally, Deputy Dean Guan Qingxiang thanked the judges for their inspirational comments and hard work all afternoon, and also thanked teachers who give trial lectures for their careful preparation and support. She pointed out that the quality of classroom teaching is crucial to the quality of talent training in the School, and it is the duty and mission of every teacher in the School to nurture people for the party and the country, and hoped that all teachers could devote more energy and time to teaching and implement the I hope teachers can devote more energy and time to teaching and fulfill  the fundamental task of cultivating virtues and fostering talents.
